Welcome to ExamXpertz, an educational platform designed to enhance student performance through various psychological techniques, NLP, hypnosis, and ancient meditative methods. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the ExamXpertz services, including our website and mobile application (“Services”). By subscribing to our one-year plan, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.
1. Subscription Services
1.1. The one-year subscription provides you with access to the ExamXpertz platform and its various modules, including but not limited to Study Spark Series, Memory Mastery, Concentration Enhancement, Exam Fear Management, Digital Discipline Mastery, and Stress Shield Strategy.
1.2. The subscription is personal to you and is non-transferable. You are not permitted to share your login credentials with others or allow others to use your account.
1.3. Subscription fees are non-refundable except in cases where a money-back guarantee is explicitly mentioned, as per Section 6 below.
2. Eligibility
2.1. The subscription is available to individuals who are at least 18 years old. For individuals under 18, a parent or guardian must purchase the subscription on behalf of the minor.
2.2. By subscribing, you confirm that all information provided by you during the registration process is accurate and up-to-date. Failure to provide accurate information may result in the termination of your subscription.
3. Payment and Renewal

3.2. The subscription will not automatically renew at the end of the one-year period. To continue using the Services, you must manually renew your subscription.
3.3. ExamXpertz reserves the right to change the subscription fees at any time. However, any changes in fees will only apply to new or renewed subscriptions and will not affect the current active subscription.
4. Use of Services
4.1. You agree to use the Services for educational purposes only and not for any unlawful or prohibited activities.
4.2. You shall not use the Services in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the platform or interfere with any other party’s use of the Services.
4.3. ExamXpertz reserves the right to suspend or terminate your subscription if you violate any of these Terms or engage in any fraudulent or illegal activity.
5. Intellectual Property
5.1. All content provided on the ExamXpertz platform, including text, graphics, logos, videos, and software, is the property of ExamXpertz and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws in the GCC, Far East, and international jurisdictions.
5.2. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the content for your personal educational purposes only. You shall not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from the content without prior written permission from ExamXpertz.
6. Money-Back Guarantee
6.1. If a money-back guarantee is offered for any specific program, the terms of such a guarantee will be explicitly stated on the website and will be applicable only to the specified program.
6.2. To qualify for a refund under the money-back guarantee, you must demonstrate that you have completed all assigned tasks and followed the program guidelines diligently. The decision to grant a refund rests solely with ExamXpertz.

8. Limitation of Liability
